  在刚刚过去的"Salad 101"课程中,Inge老师的摆盘艺术让大家深深折服,五颜六色的蔬菜经过各种最能保留养分的清洗、准备、保存和烹饪方法后,变成了一幅画。

  In class "Salad 101", we were all amazed by Inge's art of plating. She told us how to clean, prepare, store and cook different vegetables so that we could maintain their best nutrients. In the end, fresh veggies turned into be a beautiful painting.

  不知不觉,Inge老师的六月"沙拉盛宴"系列课程也进行到了最后一节。下周五6月30日,她将为大家带来这节听起来罪恶感十足但实际上却又令人无比舒畅的健康烹饪课——"解馋沙拉零食"。对!是零食!可以解馋!还不怕胖!

  Time flies. Inge's "Salad Feast" series of classes almost come to an end. On Friday, 30th of June, she will she will share valuable tips on how to snack on healthy foods that will leave you more energized! The good news is that it is totally guilt-free snacking that is still delicious and comforting. This class is "Fresh Salad Snacks". Yes, you heard it right. Snacks! Mouth-watering and loaded with goodness!

  火麻仁饼干 Hempseed Crackers

  These crispy crackers are a delicious mix of hemp, pumpkin and flax seeds. They are easy to make and completely grain and gluten free. The perfect cracker to enjoy with nut cheeses, healthy spreads and raw vegetables.

  下面这些香脆的饼干是用火麻仁、南瓜籽和亚麻籽混合制成的,无谷无麦麸,超级适合搭配坚果芝士、健康酱汁以及生机蔬菜一起食用。

  

  

  番茄干配腰果酱 Sundried Tomato and Cashew Spread

  就像我们刚才提到的,火麻仁饼干可是和这道菜一起成为最美味的绝配。当然,还有很多创意吃法,比如用生机蔬菜蘸着吃或者为沙拉增加风味。

  The combination of sundried tomatoes and cashews makes a delicious spread on crackers. Or you can dip your raw veggies in it, or put a dollop of it on your salad.

  无豆的豆泥蘸酱 Bean Free Hummus

  我们都爱鹰嘴豆沾酱不是吗?可是也有很多人不能够消化鹰嘴豆。不过这里有一种方法,我们不需要豆子就可以做出同样美味的鹰嘴豆豆泥,几乎可以瞒过美食品鉴者和鹰嘴豆豆泥忠实粉丝的眼睛和味蕾。

  We all love hummus, don’t we? But not everyone can stomach chickpeas. Luckily you don’t need any beans for this delicious spread that might even fool a connoisseur or crowned hummus fan.
