推广信这个topic是一个不折不扣的老话题。很多外贸高手都谈过如何有效撰写开发信,每个人都是经验之谈,值得借鉴。同时,不同的办法,听上去都很有道理,往往让我们的外贸新人头昏眼花,不知该听谁的。一到写开发信的时候,新人们打开新邮件,有的想了半天,仍然觉得无话可说,有的则觉得要说的话太多,洋洋洒洒如同散文。

我也来写写我的想法吧。不说那么多复杂的,给个基础的guideline吧。各位外贸大虾在外贸商海浮沉多年,都有自己的一套办法。我这个主要给新人看的。对推广信有一定的概念后,通过不断的经验积累和前辈指教,形成自己的体会和方法。

看到一个采购信息,下笔写开发信之前,首先要考虑的问题:

写的时候注意:

标题很重要。标题得让人愿意打开,否则内容写的再好也没用。我们要学会做标题党。一般来说,标题最好包括与对方匹配的产品关键词,目的是让对方从标题上就能知道这封邮件跟他相关;

另外,一些小细节也会影响成败:注意必要的礼节,不卑不亢;标点符号使用规范;段落清晰;无简单的拼写错误。对方不认识你,小细节才能说明你的专业性和服务的细致。至于开发信要不要发图片,要不要报价,报价单是否应该以附件形式,这个没有定论。一般来说,如果你确定你的价格有优势,不妨报价。如果价格没优势,又想报价,一个好办法:在开发信中给一款特价促销产品,低价吸引。附件有的买家邮箱是会直接过滤掉的,有的邮件服务器则不会。新人们可以尝试不同的办法,分析不同的结果,最后确定哪种办法更适合你。

2.关于称呼。

这个其实基本上有发过开发信都会知道,如果知道对方的名字的话,一定要写“Dear xxx(名字)”,如果实在不知道对方的名字的时候,我们要写“Dear Sir or Madam”,这个是最好的称呼,其次是"Dears”。

4.开发信的重头戏-----邮件内容。

这个也是在前面打好基础后,客户终于点开了你的邮件,你的邮件内容是否能够引起他的兴趣,进而让他愿意给你回信。这个步骤至关重要。

5.关于发送频率和数量
